Adopting a Saw-whet Owl

Wild animals obviously don't make good pets, but you can "adopt" a saw-whet owl and aid the Ned Smith Center's research program at the same time. For a nominal fee, you'll receive a frameable certificate with a photograph of your owl, taken just before its release, along with pertinent information including band number, age, sex and banding location. And if the owl is ever reported again (in the net of researchers in a distant state or province, for instance), you will be notified with the details.
